Adrian Nymeyer

Chef Adrian Nymeyer has been one of Kelowna’s culinary treasures. He has now partnered with the Black Diamond as their Executive Chef.

Born in Kamloops B.C. he aspired to cook from an early age. Achieving his Red Seal in 2009 he has enjoyed a meteoric rise to culinary success.

Chef Nymeyer’s updated Continental and Canadian cuisine is never fussy concentrating instead on dishes that are intensely flavoured without being contrived. His signature Blackened Chicken with chorizo and smoked corn velouté is an instant hit!
